Anastis holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Manchester.

Anastis is a full member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC)

In 2005 Anastis joined a UK Top Ten Accountancy Firm as an auditor involved in the audits of multinational organizations operating In a wide spectrum of industries. He was also involved in due diligence projects for Corporate Finance / M&A deals and IPO.

In 2009 he joined a privately owned Property Management Company in the UK as the Head of Finance Department.

In 2011 he joined a Fiduciary Service Provider heading the Corporate Services Department.

In 2013 Anastis joined Executive Business Consultants Ltd as a Manager in EBC Corporate Department.

In 2015 Anastis was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Executive Business Consultants Ltd, and is currently Co-Head of Corporate Services within EBC specializing in corporate structuring and corporate management.
