Born on the 24th of July 1977, London UK.
Andreas Hadjimichael is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Executive Business Consultants Limited. He is the Chairman of the Executive Committee and a member of the Board of Directors of the Company.
Attended South Bank University in London and obtained a first class Honors Degree in Accounting and Finance. Immediately after passed his A.C.C.A professional accounting exams in the UK and became a qualified accountant in 2000.
Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accounts of the UK (F.C.C.A), a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners of the UK (STEP) and a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner
Immediately after his studies joined G. Hadjimichael & Co (Currently G.A.H. Audit Services Limited where he commenced his career as an Audit Trainee and having passed through all positions of the firm became a Director of the Company in 2005 and maintained his position until 2009. Specializes in International Tax Planning and Corporate Structuring.
Serves on the Board of Directors of several multinational companies as well as on the Board of Directors of CIF companies regulated under the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySec).
In August 2008 was appointed by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cyprus as one of the five Board Members of the independent Government Department responsible for the External Audits of Co-Operatives banking institutions and served in the position until August 2014. In November 2016 was appointed by the ICPAC Council, to serve as a committee member on the Administrative Service Providers Committee of ICPAC for a period of two years.

Born on the 28th of December 1975, in Paphos Cyprus.
Gabriel Petrou is one of the Directors responsible for the Operations of the Corporate Department of the Company.
Attended Athens University and obtained a BSc in Economics.
Immediately after commenced his professional accounting exams with the UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (A.C.C.A) which he completed successfully in 2001 and became a full member in 2004.
In 2004 achieved a second BSc degree n Applied Accounting from the University of Oxford Brookes, UK.
Full member of the Institute of Certified Public Accounts of Cyprus (ICPAC) with full license to carry out any statutory audit.
Full member of the UK professional body of Accountants, Association of Chartered Certificate Accountants UK.
2001 Joined PWC as a Senior Accountant and was assigned at the (IBS) International Business Service Department of the firm dealing with the day to day management of international clients as well as with their accounting and tax requirements.
In 2003 Gabriel was offered a Senior Auditor position at Horwath Philippides & Partners which he accepted. The position involved the management of a full audit and accounting team dealing with local and international clients and reporting directly to the partner of the firm.
In 2005 Gabriel joined KPMG as a Senior Manager of an Audit team reporting directly the partner. The position involved interaction with big multinational and listed companies in the field of statutory audits, IFRS and tax issues.
Serves on the Board of Directors of several multinational companies and from 2007 member of the Board of Directors of one of the leading privately owned Energy Companies in the world.
ACA, ICPAC, BA (Econ) (Hons) Accounting & Finance
Born on 31st August 1981 in Larnaca, Cyprus.
Anastasis is one of the Directors responsible for the Operations of the Corporate Department of the Company.
Attended University of Manchester UK and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance.
After graduating from University he joined a Top Ten Accountancy Firm in the UK as an auditors and obtained his chartered accountancy qualification in 2008.
Full member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
In 2005 he joined Smith & Williamson Ltd, a UK Top Ten Accountancy Firm as an auditor. He was involved in the audits of multinational organizations operating in a wide spectrum of industries. During his time at Smith and Williamson he was also involved in various due diligence projects for Corporate Finance/M&A deals and IPOs worth billions.
In 2009 he was offered the position of the Head of Finance in a privately owned Property Management Company in the UK which he took up for two years.
In 2011 he decided to relocate back to his home country to work for a reputable Fiduciary Service Provider based in Nicosia, Heading the Corporate Services Department until 2013 when he left to join Executive Business Consultants Ltd.
